STMP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP120, KRTAP12-6P, and MIR3193. Each is linked with STMP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STMP1-to-partner and partner-to-STMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP120 grouped by STMP1-low versus STMP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
