Across TCGA patient cohorts, STMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NK cells. Each is linked with STMP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STMP1-to-partner and partner-to-STMP1 results are reported.
