Across TCGA cell cohorts, STMP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,387 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STMP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial respirasome assembly, Negative regulation of synaptic vesicle exocytosis, and Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes. Each is linked with STMP1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STMP1-to-partner and partner-to-STMP1 results are reported.
