Across TCGA patient cohorts, STMN1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,551 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STMN1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomerase RNA localization, Regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Establishment of protein localization to telomere. Each is linked with STMN1P2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STMN1P2-to-partner and partner-to-STMN1P2 results are reported.
