STK38

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,408 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK38-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTN2A1, PIKFYVE, and EPC1. Each is linked with STK38 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK38-to-partner and partner-to-STK38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STK38 versus BTN2A1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK38→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
