STK38

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,242 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK38-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPSF6, DEK, and FAM114A2. Each is linked with STK38 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK38-to-partner and partner-to-STK38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STK38 versus CPSF6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK38→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
