Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK33P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,432 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STK33P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial translation, Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage, and Regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with STK33P1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK33P1-to-partner and partner-to-STK33P1 results are reported.
