Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STK33P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated STK33P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher STK33P1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STK33P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and HNSC show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRC, and LIHC are the cancer types where STK33P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
