The most reproducible STK32C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCA3, TUBB4A, and DLX5. Each is linked with STK32C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK32C-to-partner and partner-to-STK32C results are reported.
