Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STK32B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STK32B data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher STK32B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STK32B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
ESCA, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where STK32B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
