Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK32B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,470 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STK32B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1195P, MIR3908, and MIR3912. Each is linked with STK32B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK32B-to-partner and partner-to-STK32B results are reported.
