The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher STK32A mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STK32A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and GBM are the cancer types where STK32A mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
