Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK32A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 944 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STK32A-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL21, C4orf19, and CASTOR1. Each is linked with STK32A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK32A-to-partner and partner-to-STK32A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STK32A versus IL21 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK32A→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK32A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
