Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK32A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK32A-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, JNK2, and Ku80. Each is linked with STK32A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK32A-to-partner and partner-to-STK32A results are reported.
