STK32A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STK32A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,752 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK32A-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPYSL3, FAM189A2, and CDH2. Each is linked with STK32A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK32A-to-partner and partner-to-STK32A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STK32A versus DPYSL3 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK32A→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK32A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
