Across TCGA cell cohorts, STK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,263 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NBN, DPY19L4, and ARMC1. Each is linked with STK3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK3-to-partner and partner-to-STK3 results are reported.
