STK26

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,701 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK26-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, PDCD10, and G6PD. Each is linked with STK26 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK26-to-partner and partner-to-STK26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STK26 versus SMC2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK26→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
