Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STK25 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STK25 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher STK25 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STK25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, SKCM, and HNSC are the cancer types where STK25 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
