STK25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,821 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GMPPA, UFL1, and SEC11C. Each is linked with STK25 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK25-to-partner and partner-to-STK25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STK25 versus GMPPA in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK25→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
