STK25

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,791 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK25-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN2, PPP1R7, and FBXO36. Each is linked with STK25 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK25-to-partner and partner-to-STK25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STK25 versus SEPTIN2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK25→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
