STK25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK25 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK25-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, G6PD, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with STK25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK25-to-partner and partner-to-STK25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by STK25-low versus STK25-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK25→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
