Across TCGA cell cohorts, STK25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,220 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Otolith mineralization, Chromosome separation, and Pre-mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with STK25 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK25-to-partner and partner-to-STK25 results are reported.
