STK19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,170 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNL1, RNF5, and PRDX4. Each is linked with STK19 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK19-to-partner and partner-to-STK19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK19→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
