Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 474 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK19-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-642P, CCDC37-DT, and MRPS21P7. Each is linked with STK19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK19-to-partner and partner-to-STK19 results are reported.
