Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK17A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,296 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STK17A-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKAP1, PAIP2B, and FBXO21. Each is linked with STK17A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK17A-to-partner and partner-to-STK17A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STK17A versus AKAP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK17A→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK17A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
