STK17A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK17A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK17A-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, EGFR, and eIF4G. Each is linked with STK17A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK17A-to-partner and partner-to-STK17A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by STK17A-low versus STK17A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK17A→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK17A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
