Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STK11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STK11 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher STK11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STK11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, STAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where STK11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
