Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STK11 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STK11 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 11 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher STK11 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STK11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, LUAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where STK11 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
