STK11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,639 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK11-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHDC1, AURKA, and C21orf62-AS1. Each is linked with STK11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK11-to-partner and partner-to-STK11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STK11 versus KLHDC1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK11→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
