STK11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,489 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PYY3, RHBDD3, and NDUFAF5. Each is linked with STK11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK11-to-partner and partner-to-STK11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PYY3 grouped by STK11-low versus STK11-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK11→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
