Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STK10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STK10 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher STK10 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STK10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

CESC, UCS, and HNSC are the cancer types where STK10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
