STK10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 28,385 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASAL3, RASAL3_S72, and RASAL3_S819. Each is linked with STK10 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK10-to-partner and partner-to-STK10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STK10 versus RASAL3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK10→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
