Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,007 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STK10-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL2A1, FOXD2-AS1, and CDKN3. Each is linked with STK10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK10-to-partner and partner-to-STK10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BCL2A1 grouped by STK10-low versus STK10-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK10→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
