STK10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STK10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 359 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK10-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRIFIN, OR2T35, and KRTAP10-6. Each is linked with STK10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK10-to-partner and partner-to-STK10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRIFIN grouped by STK10-low versus STK10-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK10→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
