Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,223 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, CYP4F62P, and PIK3AP1. Each is linked with STIP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STIP1-to-partner and partner-to-STIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by STIP1-low versus STIP1-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
