STIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,626 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INCENP, SPINDOC, and FEN1. Each is linked with STIP1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STIP1-to-partner and partner-to-STIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STIP1 versus INCENP in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
