Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STIM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,764 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPT1A, ARHGAP42, and ZNF181. Each is linked with STIM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STIM2-to-partner and partner-to-STIM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STIM2 versus CPT1A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
