STIM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 117 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTN3, SLC22A24, and IFNA14. Each is linked with STIM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STIM2-to-partner and partner-to-STIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HTN3 grouped by STIM2-low versus STIM2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
