Across TCGA patient cohorts, STIM1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,128 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STIM1-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peroxisome organization, MDA-5 signaling pathway, and Detection of calcium ion. Each is linked with STIM1-AS1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STIM1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-STIM1-AS1 results are reported.
