Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STIL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,073 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STIL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIP13, POLD1, and RFC2. Each is linked with STIL in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STIL-to-partner and partner-to-STIL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STIL versus TRIP13 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STIL→partner) and Y-score (partner→STIL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
