Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STIL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,442 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STIL-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM231, FAM172A, and NCEH1. Each is linked with STIL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STIL-to-partner and partner-to-STIL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STIL versus TMEM231 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STIL→partner) and Y-score (partner→STIL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
