STIL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STIL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,063 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STIL-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF2C, USP1, and RAD51AP1. Each is linked with STIL in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STIL-to-partner and partner-to-STIL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STIL versus KIF2C in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STIL→partner) and Y-score (partner→STIL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
