Across TCGA cell cohorts, STIL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,542 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STIL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle, Regulation of centrosome duplication, and Negative regulation of cell cycle process. Each is linked with STIL in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STIL-to-partner and partner-to-STIL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle grouped by STIL-low versus STIL-high in OVARY.
