STIL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STIL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 569 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STIL-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1J2, THAP6, and MYO1C. Each is linked with STIL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STIL-to-partner and partner-to-STIL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1J2 grouped by STIL-low versus STIL-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STIL→partner) and Y-score (partner→STIL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
