The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher STH Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STH expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, COAD, and READ are the cancer types where STH Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
