STH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,322 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLR2, UNC13D, and RBBP4. Each is linked with STH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STH-to-partner and partner-to-STH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STH versus TLR2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STH→partner) and Y-score (partner→STH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
