STH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STH mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STH-associated genes across cancer lineages are CWC25, H3C7, and PAN2. Each is linked with STH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STH-to-partner and partner-to-STH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CWC25 grouped by STH-low versus STH-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STH→partner) and Y-score (partner→STH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
