STEAP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STEAP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,740 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STEAP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCDC58, DDX27, and CAVIN2. Each is linked with STEAP4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STEAP4-to-partner and partner-to-STEAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STEAP4 versus CCDC58 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STEAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STEAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
