STEAP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STEAP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 240 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STEAP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTMT, OR1C1, and MROH5. Each is linked with STEAP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STEAP4-to-partner and partner-to-STEAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FTMT grouped by STEAP4-low versus STEAP4-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STEAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STEAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
