STEAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STEAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STEAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C20orf141, C10orf71, and C5orf52. Each is linked with STEAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STEAP2-to-partner and partner-to-STEAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C20orf141 grouped by STEAP2-low versus STEAP2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STEAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STEAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
